Sun considering acquisitions

According to this CNN article, Sun is considering acquiring a number of companies, including potentially Novell, who owns the SuSE linux distribution that Sun’s Java Desktop System is based on.

    Use the Schwartz! His blog on this puts a great spin on things. Yeah, buy Novell just to spite IBM. Let’s all push
    for a rock solid Solaris build on IBM’s Power (PC that is) series.
