Sun’s Solaris 9 features and Janus project

This TechWeb article details new features in the recent Solaris 9 release. In addition, the article briefly describes Sun’s Janus project. Project Janus is software that will enable Linux applications to run unmodified and un-recompiled at near-native speed on Sun’s Solaris OS, said a Sun spokesman.
