For what values of "work"?  ROM-callback console?  wscons console?
X11?  Accelerated X11 (and for what operations)?  What resolution?

I have a little documentation on the leo, but it's very abbreviated.
If you're ambitious enough to start writing code to make it work, that
may help.

You could try "cd /sbus/SUNW,leo" (or whatever it is) at the OBP ok
prompt, then "words", to see if you see any resolution-setting words.

It might.  Does your dongle allow you to set the monitor type bits?
