[rescue] ZX/leo resolution ?

Hello all,

Just got a ZX.  I have this in my SS10.  It boots up seemingly fine, has the lion logo etc.  It comes up in 1152x900 though.

I tried:

setenv output-device screen:r1280x1024x76m
setenv output-device screen:r1280x1024x76
setenv output-device screen:r1280x1024x67m
setenv output-device screen:r1280x1024x67

And none of them seem to do the trick.

Solaris 9 doesn’t have the driver for this card ?  I saw an old mailing list message that someone installed the leo package from a Solaris 2.6 CD and it was working ?

If I did that, I should get the leoconfig program too.  Is that necessary to set this card up ?

I really want this to work in NetBSD - so I’m really hoping there is an OBP setting ?

I also see mention of the card detecting Sun monitors vs. non.  I currently use a cheap 13w3 VGA dongle.  I wonder if a “real” Sun monitor with native 13w3 would make a difference ?
