Is the FEH available?  I'm especially interested, of course, in a
digital form of it; I'd rather not bother the list with questions I can
answer myself by going to such a reference.

I did do a little searching, and found various PDFs.  It's not clear to
me which, if any, would be what I'd want.  They all seem to be
800-4006, but with different suffixes.  Any recommendations, either for
versions or for places to find it?
