Now that I know to look for it, yes, I see a bevel on the banded end of
similar caps elsewhere on the board, and on C10112 on the non-exploded
board.

I've now cleared the remnants of the exploded cap and soldered in an
ordinary 35V 33µF electrolytic from my stock.  It probably doesn't have
quite as good high-frequency response as the original, but it seems to
be good enough - the board now comes up and passes selftest.  I've got
two 4M sticks of 36-bit RAM and a 16M stick of 33-bit RAM in there and
it seems to be happy (in 33-bit mode - I haven't found more 36-bit RAM)
so far; I'm waiting for a NetBSD kernel to load diskless right now.
