   No, that board will definitely not work with a 3/100 processor.

   It's not really a sun4 memory board; they were the correct (and only) 
memory boards for the 3/200 processor.

   For a 3/100 processor, you must use 501-1132 4MB memory boards. 
There's supposedly a 2MB version, but I've never seen one in the wild.
