I haven't been able to verify a WORKING chain, no, I don't have enough 
diagnostic information to go on.  All I can tell you there is that 
according to all of the documentation, the certificate chain is valid 
and correctly configured.

I have followed *every single document that I could find*, and nothing 
worked.
