[geeks] Four-Phase Systems AL1 information?

Hi,

Does anyone have any good information on Four-Phase Systems (later  
bought by Motorola) and their AL1?  I'm having a hard time coming up  
with much, but here's what I have so far:

The last link includes a fascinating presentation that Lee Boysel (co-
