Was there a question?

What O/S? Does MB MFG supply appropriate drivers for desired O/S? Have  
you updated all drivers?

Have you been able to use computer for extended periods running any  
programs? Connected to DVI/VGA monitor make a difference?

I would suspect bad software before hardware, but only because I've  
had such good luck with H/W that I (falsely) assume all H/W is good.
