[SunHELP] Blade 1500 Power woes

Hi folks,

A friend of mine has a Sun Blade 1500 in for repair and is struggling to 
diagnose what's wrong with it.

The system will power up and get to a video signal once then shuts off, 
and powers up and shuts off repeatedly. It seems like something is 
overloading or flaking out.

There's some coverage of the issue on the Trina's Technobabble YouTube 
channel most recent livestream (towards the beginning).

The system has a Samsung 420W power supply.

Is it a common issue with the Sub Blade towers?
