Though, I know you've asked about SSH here in the past, so I assume 
you've installed OpenSSH on your hosts. There are patches available for 
OpenSSH that give it SecurID functionality.

Personally, though, I would investigate using Kerberos 5 in conjunction 
with SecurID:
