[SunHELP] ultra 5 not booting up.

Hi Experts,

I am facing a problem with a SUN Ultra 5 machine. When machine is rebooted it comes to OK prompt, when boot command is given, the following error message appears.

Memory Address Access not Aligned.

sometimes,

Illegal instruction.

when probe-ide is given , it listed all the disks, but gave the following error.

Fast Instruction Access MMU miss.

Please help!!
