[SunHELP] Solaris 9 Sendmail help

When configuring sendmail with the following syntax

  m4 ../m4/cf.m4 myfile.mc > sendmail.cf

I get the following warnings:

   *** Warning: missing -T<TMPF> in argument of
                FEATURE(`access_db', hash -o /etc/mail/access)

   *** Warning: FEATURE(`relay_mail_from') may cause your system to act as
                open relay.  Use SMTP AUTH or STARTTLS instead.

1. Does anyone know what the first warning means and how to fix it?
2. Does anyone have installation instructions regarding SMTP AUTH?
