For 64MB - any PS/2 32MB FPS Module with parity and at least 60ns will 
do. 
Crucial has them for ca. $48 a piece here http://www.crucial.com/store/

model=SPARCbook+3+GX&submit=Go which is more or less what I paid 2 
years ago for mine.
