I found some time to dig around this evening, and I have a couple of 
beige units in PA, 17603.

Looking on eBay's sold items they are looking like $45 to $65 + 
shipping.  It looks like it would be maybe $15 to ship USPS.

How would $70 shipped sound?

I can probably send you one with original feet if you want, but 
virtually all of them are turning weirdly gummy and sticky. If you 
didn't object, I would send you one with replacement TPU feet I had made 
with an online printing service.
