For people in more or less the mid-atlantic who are looking for
something to do next Saturday (March 28th), there is the 16th annual
CPOSC conference. CPOSC stands for Central PA Open Source Conference,
but the open source is now more of a loose suggestion rather than the
role.  Tickets are a pretty affordable $55/ea (we lost the fight to keep
it at $42 forever). Students (highschool, college, trade school, etc) is
free. It is a very community oriented event and it will be featuring a
retro computing room for the second year running. It is held in downtown
Lancaster, PA which is pretty accessible by train, and parking is pretty
easy for people who drive, but not free (we used to make it free, but
the parking authority stopped being willing to sell us reasonable
packages for that), unless you hunt down street side parking.

If anyone is interested, more information and tickets can be found at:
https://cposc.org/

I referred to it in an email that I'm still composing, then it occurred
to me that there are probably people close enough on this list to be
interested.
