Indeed and such shippers do tend to go above and beyond. I had one
driver help me carry an Sun E4000 up 6 flights of stairs. And $work had
a bunch of guys deliver 3 racks of an SGI O2000 up a flight of stairs
(the lift was a teensy bit too small) - although that delivery was £5K.
