This made my eyebrows shoot up. I am on the Isle of Man as I write. (I
will be in Brussels for FOSDEM this coming weekend. If any listmembers
are there, please do Whatsapp/Signal/Telegram me and say hello! My
numbers are in my signature and this is public info that can be shared
without asking me.)

I know of this machine and have corresponded with the owner. I did
find someone who wanted it and was willing to come over on the ferry
with a trolley to collect it, but I think it has not happened yet.
