[rescue] Sun Board ejectors

All,

I'm working on rehabbing my SparcServer 1000E (and maybe another) and 
I've once again run into the issue of the purple board ejector/lock 
levers being missing or broken.

These are also seen on the Ex00 series servers.

It's not impossible to work around this, but it can be mighty inconvenient.

Very much admitting that I've not done my homework on this, are things 
like 3d printed replacements available and more importantly, viable?

Looking at the boards that are currently whole, it looks like the 
ejectors are held on my some kind of pressure-fit pin. Before I do an 
autopsy on one of my boards has anyone come up with a home DIY solution 
to this?

I'm going to to poke around some of the sites like Thingiverse and 
Printables and see if I can find anything. If, however, you have already 
crossed this bridge and have anything good or bad to share, please do.
