[rescue] Looking for Sun 4/2xx Firmware and Sun 3400 Architecture Manuals

I'm in the process of updating TME/NME to support the Sun3x and Sun4 
series as well as the Sun2 VME range. I'm hoping that I can get through 
the sun4m series in time.

I've gotten a fair number of ROM images that I'm using, but I'm missing 
a couple of things that I need to get unstuck.

I'm looking for the following:
1. The 4/260 or 4/280 firmware.
2. The architecture manual for the Sun 3400 CPU board (sun3x series)
I got the Sun 3 Architecture manual from bitsavers that covers the 3100 
series, but no one seems to have the 3x edition that covers the 3400 
board.

Does anyone have either one of those things?
