[rescue] SunOS 4.1.1_U1 source code?

   Still no luck finding SunOS 4.1.1 sources.  I really hope they turn 
up somewhere.  If anyone thinks they might have an old tape somewhere, 
please speak up, even privately/anonymously.

   I had a quick attempt to build the 4.1.4 version of zs_async under 
4.1.1, and several members have been added to struct zsaline.  I've not 
yet looked at the header file; I may try to back-port this driver.

   There are storms in the area and I'm doing this work on a 3/280 with 
big SMD drives, so I may not be able to go much further on this today.
