[rescue] Any users of MacPorts?

If I recall it cares about both the OS and the Apple CLI dev tools
release. It was a pain if you weren't on current, it was also a pain
if you upgraded or needed to hold either. I used to have a couple of
Macs and maintained several ports but no longer do so I don't know if
this has gotten better.
