[rescue] Starting a Sun E450

One thing I'm remembering from E450 boot is that it goes into Jet Engine
mode pretty early on. The fans should be going full speed and I think
they stay on until the OS takes over and steps them down based on actual
tempurature conditions.
If the fans aren't roaring that's probably diagnostically relevant.
