[rescue] Graphics on a E450

The mainboard revision will determine what it supports.

UPA ports were initially present, but removed in later revisions as
faster/bigger cache cpus were supported. I've seen one elite3d-m6 upa card
on ebay ever, and it doesn't post in my Ultra2 :-(, and my 450 is too
flakey to add another variable at the moment.

All that said, I've only ever seen PCI based graphics in those machines,
but more often console only. The first I ever worked on had a genuine vt100
attached.
