[rescue] Looking for Right-Angle CPU Adapter for Cycle-UP SS5 Upgrade Board

Unfortunately, I do not have the part number. It should simply be a right-angle PCB with a Ultra-2-style CPU socket, the same as exist on the Ultra 2 mainboard, and a corresponding card-edge connector, the same as what exists on an Ultra 2 CPU module.
