[rescue] SSH Protocol 2 on SunOS 4.1.4 - maybe OpenSSh?

Me neither.  But I'm fairly sure moussh wouldn't be too difficult to
make work.  I'd even undertake to do the work if someone can give me
access to such a machine (though I'm not sure how, if ssh2 isn't
supported - but I'm sure we can figure something out).
