[rescue] compiling sunos4 sources

I’ve never tried to build it, but the copy of the SunOS 4.1.4 source I have does have the RULES file at the top of that archive as ./RULES.  Reading the RULES file, it appears you should unpack the source archive in /usr/src which will result in the RULES file ending up at /usr/src/RULES .

You can get a copy of the 4.1.4 source at https://vetusware.com/download/SunOS%20Source%20Code%204.1.4/?id=11543 .  When I just now searched for where I grabbed my copy of the source, I also found that someone appears to have unpacked a copy of it at https://github.com/calmsacibis995/sunos-414-src and the it has the RULES file there right at the top: https://github.com/calmsacibis995/sunos-414-src/blob/main/RULES .
