[rescue] HP 9000 712/* power supply?

I've got a motherboard by HP. It's marked A2263-66511, which I think
means it's the board for one of the PA-RISC 9000 712/* machines.

I'd like to get it running. But that means feeding it power, and I
don't have its case. The power connector looks (I didn't try plugging
it in) roughly mechanically compatible with the pre-ATX power
connectors, the one with two 1x6-pin connectors, though the board's
pins aren't quite right for that. Also, it has only 11 pins, so it
obviously isn't the same.

I did manage to find a PDF describing the power supply, though I'm not
certain it's for this board; if it is to be believed, the power pinout
is nothing like that pinout.

The PDF says

pin	what
1	START_PWR_DOWN_L
2	POWER_ON_L
3	+5
4	GND
5	+12
6	GND
7	+5
8	+3.3
9	+5 (SCSI)
10	GND
11	+5

There is silkscreen on the non-component side of the board marking pin
3 as VDD, pin 5 as P12V, pin 8 as VDL, and 9 as VTERM. There is also
"GND" about midway between pins 10 and 11 and VDD about one pin spacing
beyond 11 (about where pin 12 would be if there were a pin 12); I
suspect those are supposed to be on pins 10 and 11. This fits well
with the above.

I could solder wires onto the etch side of the board for +5, +3.3, and
+12, but then I'd need to do something with pins 1 and 2. Does anyone
happen to know, or know of documentation on, those two pins, at least
enough to power the machine up?
