[rescue] SUN IPC PSU - still not working after recap

I have the same issue on my SPARCClassic. I replaced the capacitors in the
power supply and now the unit doesn’t power on. It’s pretty frustrating. It
was working before I replaced them, but I wanted to be forward since they
are known to fail.
It’s been sitting in a box all this time since it stopped working, such a
shame. Not really sure where to go with it.
