Neither have I.  It's *supposed* to be able to support it, but it seems 
to be very mucha  corner case.

The current version (2.2.12) has a -d switch (range -5 to 5, with 2 
being recommended for most debugging), but I've so far not been able to 
get it to work.  Neither have I found a single mutt+s/mime document for 
mutt NEWER than 1.5.
