[rescue] Looking for broken IPX system board or chips

Ah good catch, the CY7C601is indeed FPU-less, I double checked the 
pinouts (601, MB86903, W8701) and they are all the same, the FPU pins 
are labeled as No-Connect or Reserved on the integrated FPU parts.

The CY7C601 should work in the IPX but FP will be done in software. 
Better than no IU at all, at least it would be a rather unique IPX!

I don't have a SS2, but multiple SS2 compatibles (FORCE-2CE), which all 
use integrated FPUs like the IPX, I didn't realise the SS2 was different 
in that regard.
