Once you're inside the case, you can replace the keylock with an
appropriate switch, or switches, so you can get whatever setting you
want.

Or, as Dave said, open the lock and remove all its pins, in which case
you can just use any key that passes whatever wards it has - or any of
various small tools - to turn the cylinder to whatever setting you
want.
