[rescue] Upgrade ALOM firmware (SF v240) - error

I managed to get this installed.  It just seems like the sc is super finicky about timing / resets / etc.

	bash-3.2# /usr/platform/`uname -i`/sbin/scadm version               

	SC Version v1.6
	SC Bootmon Version:  v1.6.8
	SC Firmware Version:  v1.6.8

PS: I’m sure it’s against the T’s & C’s from Oracle - but I wish we could all chip in and pay for an Oracle support contract to get these kinds of things trapped behind the paywall...
