How about a refurbished SS10 with a GW-48T08-1:

I designed those for a heap of SPARCstations I was refurbishing, they use the original chip from the dead module and just take a CR1225 battery. I still have some SS10s in the "to be refurbished" pile, and I may know someone who really really wants a DECtalk.
