[rescue] Anyone build this kit?

It's a placeholder for me - I've got a couple of those great Dec Terminal
bases that took a VGA monitor and ps/2(?) keyboard, (VT520?) but I can't put
my hands on them...

I've got a 14" Dell VGA flat-panel display that this will mate perfectly
with.
