IIRC, the BigMac ("be", SFE 1.0) interfaces can't do full-duplex, they are
half-duplex only. I suppose that on an IPX, it isn't going to make much
difference in NFSB throughput. However, you *might* need to explicitly
configure the other end to do 100Mbit half-duplex, too.
