Uniplus were a major porting-house, not just for their own-flavour of v7, but
of System-III too. Back in the day, there were loads of 68K system
manufacturers (and designs) very many of which engaged Uniplus to port Uniplus
UNIX to their hardware. One of the wierder 68K systems running a
to-order-ported Uniplus UNIX was a PCS Cadmus - 68K on a DEC-compatible
Q-Bus.
Depending on how much money the manufacturer gave Uniplus, determined whether
they could name the resulting O/S-port with their own funky moniker or not.
Crazy days, and I miss 'em a lot.
