   The termination is probably your problem. 3/60's don't provide TERMPWR
and on some board revs TERMPWR is actually connected to ground, so you
can't even put power on the bus from some other device! Your last device
on the bus needs to be internally terminated and provide its own power;
that's how I have my ST11200N configured and it works fine.
