[rescue] ST11200N on Sun 3?

I removed the parity enable jumper (PE) - that didnt
seem to help. I 've got the drive in a Sun shoebox
which is in a chain with a CDROM drive. There is a
SCSI terminator on the CDROM drive (passive type).
