You can run NS 3.3 to 4.x (OPENSTEP) for X86, in a VM. Since the graphics model doesn't use acceleration of the GPU, you probably won't miss it.
the license keys to some of the productivity apps are freely available (the Lighthouse Design ones anyways); all you will miss is a good web browser.
Alternatively get a Pismo era PowerBook and run Rhapsody on it. It's pretty close from what I am told.
