[rescue] CDE

I'll second 4dwm. If they open sourced that I would switch to it
immediately- its a fantastic window manager.

CDE is just fun- don't know if I will ever use it, but I hope this sets
a precedent for other companies to follow...

That very nearly sent coffee onto my monitor and keyboard!

I'll use CDE if there's nothing better (read, "most anything
else") available (I'm an fvwm/twm bigot) or it's historically
appropriate. Getting fvwm to build on an Intergraph Clipper
during the mid-/late- 90s was a trick.

I'll be very happy if somebody manages to get 4dwm released
under a GPL license -- that's a nice window-manager!
