Oracle 10g Express Edition, for windows or Linux.


A size-limited DBMS, 4 gig of data, 1 gig of RAM and 1 CPU max.

Much like SQL Server Express...

Just enough to get you started, learn how to develop with it, then  
migrate to full product.
