Ah.  So the drives slip ONTO *sleds* -- with PCB "fingers" to
mate to the backplane?  And, the drive itself is encased in
a flimsy metal perforated "shield"?  Front edge of the sled
has two redish latches that act as "ears" to eject the sled?
