[rescue] Any FreeBSD gurus in the house?

I'm trying to setup a FreeBSD machine as a kerberos5 client. It appears
that this machine doesn't like v5 for some reason, though.
I don't think it's my config, for I'm using the exact same /etc/krb.conf
and /etc/krb5.conf on a RedHat 7.3 machine with no problems.
I'm getting the same error regardless of whether I use the Kerberos5 that
comes with FreeBSD or if I use the Heimdal dist.

Furthermore, using tcpdump tells me that it's not even trying to talk to
the server before giving up the ghost.
This is FreeBSD 4.8, if that matters.
