OCCAM deals with instruction parallelism, MASPAR is a Data parallel
machine. Not the best match.
Maspar had some fine extentions for C and Fortran to support data
parallelism using the "plural" variable concept. Also you could evaluate
parallel if statements using the "plural" variables.
