Well, at least I can say that Tadpole/Cycle has _fantastic_ tech 
support.  I have a CycleQuad (Ultra AXmp+ clone) that came with a bad 
PCI riser when purchased (used).  Even though I (obviously) don't have a 
support contract, the guys at Tadpole sent me a new riser, only asking 
that I return the original.  In addition they have (and continue to) 
answer my many dumb tech questions, with nary a complaint.

Just my $.02 worth.
