You can do anything from the OpenBOOT Rom. You just have to know how.
To do this from OB would involve writing code to access the disc, and
then you would have to either decypher the inodes, or write forth code
to do it for you, etc. Definately not the recommended way, but as they
say, never say never, and don't say there is no way. Your method below
is far superior.
