501-3022 are SM81s, which run at 85Mhz. all SM81s and SM82s run at 85Mhz, not
80Mhz as some folks guess. The 2nd digit denotes the size of the cache on
the chip (1M and 2M.)

If you read up at http://mbus.sunhelp.org you'll find that the SM8x series of
chips was originally designed to run at 90Mhz++ but they ran too hot so they
were clocked down.

The 501-2818 which Mike has is a different story.
