Yes, though maybe not much more. The 4/690 p/s is rated at 1200W, the
SC2000 is 2410W. If you don't have the SC2000 fully loaded it will not be
anywhere near that.

Much, much faster. The bus bandwidth is far higher on the SC2000 and
memory is interleaved. sun4m mbus starts getting choked at about 3 fast
CPU's, the SC2000 scales nearly linearly past 12.

The system will run, you will just be in violation of the Sun license.
How much this will bother you depends on a lot of things, but it will not
bother the machine one whit.
